Modern Kitchen with Island and Wooden Slats

About this project
A minimalist kitchen with an island and vertical decorative wooden slats, designed as a compact yet architecturally well-defined solution for a contemporary interior.
The fronts are finished in Egger W960 SM Classic White, while the warm contrasting worktop and wall cladding are executed in Bardolino Oak Natur ST10. Lower cabinetry elements and selected accents are finished in Cotton Beige U113 ST9, creating a subtle transition between light and natural tones.
The 38 mm worktop in matching oak decor emphasizes the horizontal line and adds visual stability to the overall composition.
The central feature of the space is the island, which extends into a bar seating area. The vertical wooden slats function as:
a visual space divider
an architectural accent
a semi-open transition between the kitchen and living zone
Built-in appliances (oven and microwave in a vertical column) ensure ergonomic workflow organization, while the induction cooktop is integrated into the central preparation area.
The kitchen was developed through a complete digital workflow (3D modeling → cutting optimization → CNC machining → precision installation), ensuring maximum production accuracy.
The result is a harmonious balance between minimalism and the warmth of natural materials, with clearly defined functional zones.
